What You'll Do / Responsibilities

The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in reducing sales process friction and influences customer experience on ShopBack by ensuring availability of accurate deals.  As a Sales Operations Lead, you will manage Sales Operations Executives across different markets, coordinate organizational planning processes and partner with sales management to ensure process and technological efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the process direction for Sales Operations Executives, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
  • Identify, test and validate ways to improve Sales Operations productivity through automation and process improvement.
  • Ensure business stakeholders have visibility on the status of offers through automated and manual updates.
  • Partner with Operations and Product teams to build solutions to streamline processes to support Sales Operations Executives.
  • Coordinate and partner with Business Managers from each market to standardize SOPs, plan hiring decisions, and evaluate Sales Operations Executives' performance.
  • Plan resource management to support bandwidth allocation within the team.
  • Create Learning and Development and Skill Development plans for Sales Operations Executives.
Required Qualifications
  • At Least 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce processes.
  • Data-driven - Continuously analyze team performance, historical data to plan resource management for the team. Knowledge of Salesforce and metabase is a plus.
  • Knowledge of the full scope of tools used by sales and ops (Salesforce, Zapier, Slack-Google integrations)
  • Hands-on, eager to learn and curious. A Sales Operations Lead is always curious about solving problems and acts on them. He/She is consistently inspired to solve for processes/ gaps that haven’t been solved that way before.
  • High bias for action. A Sales Operations Lead is quick to identify and does not delay actioning on process, culture and skill gaps within the team.
  • Independent and proactive - able to be productive and efficient with minimal or no supervision in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Collaborative mindset - Partners and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders including Business Teams, Operations, and Product teams.
