Responsibilities
- Plan and manage IT hardware and software purchases and license compliance for ShopBack Taiwan
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve computer and general networking issues
- Procure and maintain IT-related equipment including laptops, office IT infrastructure, meeting room, and conferencing equipment
- Maintain inventory list and manage IT helpdesk
- Follow up on issues and communicate progress in a timely manner
- Ensure security and policy compliance while performing technical tasks
- Perform emergency or periodically planned information systems administration tasks, maintenance/updates and configuration changes (e.g. conduct network security review/patching and audit including firewall rule settings, logs review, perimeter security)
- Onboarding and offboarding employees including hardware and software setup, accesses, permissions
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or relevant fields
- 2+ years total experience in desktop support and IT/systems administration role
- Experience in implementing and/or managing cloud-based services (e.g. Office 365 and Google Services, Atlassian, Slack, Adobe CC, Jumpcloud, etc)
- Experience in remotely supporting mixed environments (65% MacOS, 35% Windows)
- Ability to work individually and in a team environment.
- Have a high spirit of confidentiality/integrity/honesty of business and personal information
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, and other popular software tools
- Knowledge and experience in desktop and laptop hardware
- Have experience in service desk and an effective method of guiding as well as supporting users
- Work in a dynamic fast-paced environment with a high sense of responsibility to complete tasks and ready to help colleagues
