The Sales Operations team plays a critical role in reducing sales process friction and influences customer experience on ShopBack by ensuring availability of accurate deals. As a Sales Operations Lead, you will manage Sales Operations Executives across different markets, coordinate organizational planning processes and partner with sales management to ensure process and technological efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Drive the process direction for Sales Operations Executives, ensuring KPIs are consistently met.
- Identify, test and validate ways to improve Sales Operations productivity through automation and process improvement.
- Ensure business stakeholders have visibility on the status of offers through automated and manual updates.
- Partner with Operations and Product teams to build solutions to streamline processes to support Sales Operations Executives.
- Coordinate and partner with Business Managers from each market to standardize SOPs, plan hiring decisions, and evaluate Sales Operations Executives' performance.
- Plan resource management to support bandwidth allocation within the team.
- Create Learning and Development and Skill Development plans for Sales Operations Executives.
